Directions

Use in this order — morning and night, or after every training session:

Step 1 — Fresh Nudl Cleanser: Wet or dampen face. Apply a quarter-size amount to palms and wash gently. Rinse well and pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 2 — Balanced Nudl Toner: Shake well. Mist directly onto face or apply with a clean cotton pad. Allow to absorb fully before the next step.

Step 4 — Hydra Nudl Moisturizer: Massage a generous amount into skin using gentle circular motions. Apply to face and any exposed areas that have been active.
