Shipping policy

At Nudl Skin, we’re committed to delivering your skincare quickly, safely, and sustainably.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take 1–2 extra business days.


Shipping Within Canada

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (select at checkout)

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and location


Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent via email after shipping.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@nudlskin.ca.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve lost package issues.


P.O. Boxes & Rural Areas

We ship to P.O. boxes and rural addresses in Canada. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.


International Shipping

We primarily ship within Canada but plan to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned for updates.


Address Changes

Contact us at support@nudlskin.ca within 12 hours of placing your order to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
