Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Nudl Skin products.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@nudlskin.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RA# (Return Authorization).

  3. Ship the item(s) back in secure packaging.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).

  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please place a new order once your refund is processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact support@nudlskin.ca within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of item and packaging

We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.


Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned.
