Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase required.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Email support@nudlskin.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and an RA# (Return Authorization).
Ship the item(s) back in secure packaging.
Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).
We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
